This February, teenage hothead and star athlete Bart Simms will come face to face with the Valiant Universe's greatest hero... himself! The action-packed adventure is by rising star ALEJANDRO ARBONA (contributor to the Eisner-Award winning anthology Love is Love) and awe-inspiring artist JIM TOWE (Spider-Man/Deadpool, Youngblood). Will Bart and Doctor Tomorrow be able to save the Valiant Universe from a new and unstoppable menace? "There are things about this comic that I think will really resonate with readers and that I think people will be really excited about, but I can't talk about what those things are, because they're giant spoilers," teased Alejandro. "This comic is just really full of surprises and zig-zags, and if we've done our job well, every issue will throw you for a loop."

Jim aimed to strike the perfect balance for the new character designs. "Aesthetically, I wanted to capture a combination of sci-fi elements with golden age flare." The artist added, "Each character lands somewhere on that spectrum, and very deliberately, too."

Marvel Reveals the Future of the X-Men in Final ‘X-Men: The Seminal Moments’ Documentary Short Episode

The next seminal moment in X-Men history debuts with House of X and Powers of X this July! Just a month before the highly-anticipated debut of HOUSE OF X and POWERS OF X, Marvel released an all-new episode of X-MEN: THE SEMINAL MOMENTS featuring series writer Jonathan Hickman and other legendary Marvel creators as they shed light on what the future holds for mutants across the universe!

“When Jonathan set out to tell this story, he set out to change the way people think about the Marvel mutants forever…it really shakes things up,” said X-Men Editor Jordan D. White. “The first time he told it to me, I was upset. I was like, ‘We can’t do that. We CAN’T do that.’ The more I thought about it, the more I went, ‘Wait hang on, what if we did...’”
