AMAZON PRIME VIDEO TO PREMIERE HIGHLY ANTICIPATED SUPERHERO COMEDY THE TICK ON 25TH AUGUST

Today Amazon Prime Video announced Friday, 25th August as the premiere date for the highly-anticipated superhero comedy series The Tick starring comedy legend Peter Serafinowicz as “The Tick”.

About The Tick

In a world where superheroes have been real for decades, an accountant with zero powers comes to realize his city is owned by a super villain. As he struggles to uncover this conspiracy, he falls in league with a strange blue superhero.

The Tick will premiere in the UK and US on Amazon Prime Video on Friday 25^th August and will be available globally on Prime Video.

The series is created by executive producer and original illustrator of The Tick Ben Edlund. The cast includes Peter Serafinowicz (Guardians of the Galaxy, Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace) Griffin Newman (Search Party), and Valorie Curry (Blair Witch, The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2).
